Detailed Narrative Description of the Project
The Central Management and Advisory Consultant will assist the Executing Agency through the Project Management Unit overall project management, planning, programming, implementation and monitoring & evaluation of the Project.  Meanwhile, objectives of Central Management and Advisory Services to CPMU are: (1) to support CPMU in management and monitoring of the overall project implementation processes; (2) to provide advice/recommended actions to the Executing Agency; (3) to provide data and information in any form and details as necessary.
Detailed Description of the Actual Services Provided by your Firm
  1. Supporting the Executing Agency to fulfill its responsibilities specified in the Loan Agreement.
  2. Strengthening CPMU’s capacity and support CPMU in carrying out management of project implementation as well as supervision the project implementation.
  3. Developing a Management Information System and provide and maintain data and information related to the Project.
  4. Assisting Executing Agency in the overall project management and coordination of project implementation with related institutions/departments.
  5. Monitoring the project implementation at all levels and to report the progress, problems and alternatives action plans to the EA through Central Management and Advisory Consultant for CPMU.
  6. Evaluating project implementation at all levels and makes a report to the Executing Agency through CMAC-CPMU.
  7. Providing advice, recommended actions to be taken Executing Agency as well as other institutions responsible for the project (Directorate General of Community and Village Development-MoHA, Directorate General of Area Development –MoHA, etc).
  8. Assisting Central Project Management Unit (COMU) in supporting the Executing Agency and the Government of Indonesia in ensuring the achievement of the project objectives, which are in line with the Loan Agreement.
  9. Providing technical assistant to the CPMU and the PIU at all levels during the implementation processes (design, preparation, implementation and monitoring) and supervision of the project implementation.
  10. Facilitating, arranging, and participating in regular meetings and coordination meetings among the related institutions at the central level (Coordination team, Executing Agency and Project Implementation Units).
  11. Supporting and facilities regular monitoring and supervision meetings at local level, when necessary.
  12. Preparing and organizing workshops for project implementation and submit workshop proceedings and other relevant documents.
  13. Submitting the following reports to the executing agency: project implementation reports, financial statement, disbursement and replenishment status on a monthly, 3 months, and yearly basis. Preparing and providing special reports when required.
  14. Providing an initial project completion report to the Executing Agency (at the end of the services).
